Hey guys I need some help with the front lower control arms. I don't have the bushings in my hand to mesure them so I'd like to know if I need to remove that sleeve. I'll be installing the energy suspension one when they get in after powder coating the arms.

Also what can I do with this part, I don't see any polyuretane bushing replacement for it. Could I made one out of aluminum and press it in ? I know I can make one but the question is more do I want one ?

The steel sleeve stays in. For the rear pivot, I highly recommend the aluminum bushing.

I've finally gotten around to doing this with my car and was directed here by the OP's post on another forum. Where/can I get the aluminum bushing pictured above? I'd like to have a set for the next time I have them off and definitely don't have a machine to make them myself. This install would have been cake if the long bolt on that clamp hadn't been nearly impossible to get out. It finally came out without breaking though, so WD-40 didn't completely fail me.
