Needing to know where I could get a bra/cover for a 90 Laser. I know, I know they're ugly as sin but my front bumper is a different color than the rest of the car and I dont like it LOL This is just a temp thing until I get a complete paint job.

Thanks

Ebay is your best bet. I was in the same thing with my current car. A LeBra was the best way to hide front end damage till I could afford to fix it. The only problem was water, dirt, and dust got caught up under it and rubbed off the paint down to the base coat. If your gonna do a total repaint then disregard.

How did the LeBra look? Have any pictures?
I searched and couldnt find a picture of the LeBra cover on a 1ga.

Thanks for the suggestion!

Have any pics? I thought the bumpers on the Lasers were different than the Eclipse/Talon?

I was going to say something about using a bra to cover a different colored bumper, and the bra being a different color too, but noticed your car is black, so it would work LOL!

My friend insisted on getting one for his car, He bought it from an online place, I keep thinking JC Whitney but not sure if thats the right place. Anyways, It fit on the front of the car, but not on the bottom part quite right. It fit snug like it was supposed to, but the openings in the bumper didnt line up.

Id get a can of spray paint and make the front end look closer to the body color before i bought one of those things for it

I actually need to update my profile and such... I have a 90 Laser RST-champagne...with a Banzai Blue bumper OMG

madatgravity and speedy13,
Thank you for stating the obvious.. :toobad:
I know they're ugly as sin

Hey, if you put a bra on then make sure that it actually is "temporary". When I bought my car it had a cracked front bumper with a bra over it to hide the damage, then when I took it off I was unpleasantly suprised with what it did to my hood. The part that goes over the little notch in the hood of 1Ga cars made the paint bubble so I have to keep that part on for now or for another few weeks until my paint job. All I'm saying is keep the bra clean and make sure it doesn't sit in the sun for a while.

Have you seen those magnet bras? They are a strange composite of material that kind of sticks to your hood (not sticky, instead, some magnet like attraction, hence the name). Check out Magnetbra.com to find one for your car. I had one on my previous 98 NT Spyder, and it looked excellent. I highly recommend this, if you are going for a bra. It is excellent quality, never fades, and looks great, unlike the leather ones. This is what it looked like on my older car:
