1g weird issue happening

post for a buddy
1g talon hx35 , 255 pump , s90 tb ,1000 id high z injectors , cob ,fiav del ,dsmlink v3 ,,sd omni 4bar map ,fpr

issue is :s90 ,1000 id ,cob ,fiav del, new fpr were just installed
now the car will start and idle only when omni 4bar map , vac line isnt on (has its own source)
when the vac line is installed car wont start and idle ...it will start while giving it gas (pressing the peddle)
car is tuned , 50psi base (tuner has looked it over and its not tune related)
where does he start or what to look or check for ?

So, you're basically saying when you induce a vacuum leak, the car runs?

I'm assuming the car tuned on speed density? If so, the ECU should be using the MAP sensor for feedback.
