I recently went to replace my stock oil return line with a Push-lok drain system.

From what I noticed both bolt holes that bolt the new aluminum fitting onto the oil pan have been stripped out and helicoiled by the previous owner, now I am at a standstill, b/c the last thing I want to do is pull the oil pan off and get a new pan.

I was thnking of JB welding it to the pan due to I have a lot of them aluminum fittings laying around and JB weld worked wonders on my dads old truck with a hole in the block which it got patched up really nicely and with no leaks

I wouldnt even think of JB Welding the fitting to the pan, it will cause you nothing but headaches. If the thread inserts are still in good shape why not just bolt it on? If there in bad shape either replace them or get a new pan.
