1g headlights... alternative?

I have a black 91 TSI AWD and I can't stand the headlight setup... Is there alternative to the headlight set up, perhaps an alternative that would get rid of the pop up feature?

Aww, pop ups are awesome! You dont know how many people would kill for them.

You could always do a 92-94 headlight conversion since those years dont have pop up headlights.

Search for 1ga to 1gb conversion, you will find tons of information on how to make your car look like a 92-94 without popups

i often thought about taking my pop up lights out and mounting two driving lights in there but then thought about it looking like rice and about water getting in there..has anyone tried this?

Those must be tiny lights to look like rice....



Anywho... just do the 92-94 conversion and be rid of your beautiful pop-up lights.

Hey, I think going with the S-15 headlights and a little fiberglass would look awesome.

i disabled my popups and they shine through the front parking lenses. it looks bad ass. mostly because at night your first gen doesn't look like a first gen. it stands out and best of all it is free.
