supposedly some one did, but never would post how they did it. Shouldnt be to hard, I mean just pull out your pop assembly, bend up a sheet of aluminum to make a shelf and enclose the sides, trim to fit the hood line, and mount in with steel straps or "L" brackets. Cut a hole in teh back to mount lenses to and Voila, you are a convert!

Yea I know there is more to it thatn that, gotta be able to adjust the point o aim, but that is the baskics.

Yes i remember who your talking about! It was a kid on dsm talk that had a whole 13 pages on the forum about his progress on the conversion. But now i dont even know if that website is even up anymore.
 
it seems like everytime someone tried something like this, it never got finished. i remember threads getting locked about the subject back in the day when people were trying to get the guy to finish his work. think it was on talk though
