2G 1G head swap thermostat housing....

Uhh... whats wrong here? 98 GST 7 bolt bottom 1G top......looks like I have the 2g water pipe....and a 1g tstat housing? What do I need here?

Sorry. your saying i have a 1g pipe or I need one.....cant I just get a different housing...like just pick up a 2g housing and will that bolt up....or do i need a differnet pipe? thanks!

You asked what you need. You need a 1G water pipe.

A 2G housing will not bolt up to a 1G head.
