1g fwd exhaust w/ cat

hey everyone, i'm trying to figure out how to redo my exhaust. i just bought it and it was straight piped and i need to make an exhaust w/ a cat so that it will pass the emissions inspection in my area. i have a downpipe and a cat but i can't find a pipe to get me from the cat to the muffler.
since it wasn't a stock exhaust i don't know how the aftermarket downpipe and cat are in respect to the stock ones. is there a system out there that will run me from behind my cat to the muffler and where can i get it.

but does anyone know if like the apexi, megan or vrs catback systems will fit.
i have a megan downpipe and a magnaflow 17" cat. i need something to get me from the cat to the muffler.
