I know I have a pretty big leak from the head to turbo manifold, on the timing belt side. For a while now my car doesnt accel as good, I also have a boost leak my questions are as follows.

1) Can the exhaust leak do any damage, I am a fresh college student and just cant make it home to fix it at this point.

2) Could the exhaust leak make a high pitched sound like a boost leak.?

any answers are greatly appreciated.

Engine-wise, that exhaust leak will do no damage internally.
However, that leak can dirty up your engine bay, melt things around it (painted items, wires...), make under hood temps even hotter and put more heat where you don't want it (alternator).
It really should not be hard to fix though, just get a new gasket and you are good to go. It could even be something as small as having to re torque your studs/bolts.

Exhaust leaks aren't a huge 'OMG park your car and don't drive it' problem. That high pitch squeek is your turbo boosting while your roasting Honda's. haha, check your belt and make sure they're tight.

you dont really have to worry about snapping the studs off . if you want to get technical they should be torqued to18-22.
