i was wondering if a 1g drift kit would fit a 91 talon? im sure that it's not gonna fit directly without any modifications but is it possible without too much of a problem?

No you don't. I just did mine on my 90 plymouth laser. It was a 92-94 eclipse drift kit.

You have to have a jig saw at least. Trim the front top section off of the front bumper so the middle section can fit. I had to remove the entire front bumper support, make my own little creation with the clearence for the bumper and still have enough surface area to mount the bumper to it. You will have a slight gap at the front corner lights but it can be fiberglassed over. The sides take some force, just be gentle also, should fit fine, lotsa screws. The rear takes some creativity. Mine had no tag mounting area so I compared with the old one and cut where necessary, drilled, and bolted the old bracket on. The reverse lights on the old bumper have their own housing and the kit one was grossely oversized, more creative skills. You need to make brackets behind them and still keep it clean, you'll figure it out. Trim the top corners where they meet the taillights so it is flat. Again, this kit is not made for this car and takes some modification. Be ready to have a ghetto look with all the screws showing until you start fiberglassing and paint. You'll want to try to keep it clean as possible, but with limited mounting points and the kits' imperfections, alot of rigging and screwing is necessary, you can make it clean later. Just make sure it is secure and safe first.

Hope that helps! :thumb:
