1G Check engine at mid-wide open throttle

Hey Guys,

I have a 92 TSI AWD and I get a check engine light henever I am cruising at mid throttle or wide open throttle. soon as I let off the pedal it turns off. The car runs just fine though. This seems to just have started after I cleaned my intake with AMSOIL Power Foam. *PLUG* I make it a good practice to use a can of this stuff on all my cars every 30k miles or so. Its great for throttle response.

Any ideas what could have happened? Thanks ahead of time.

I just wanted to let everyone know that my problem went away on its own. I don't know what was causing it

Could of been a dirty throttle body. But get a datalogger and next time it comes on check what code it is and it will tell you exactly what it is.

The codes get stored on the ECU, they will be there untill manualy cleared or unhooking the battery.
