Hey Guys Im in process of doing this everything is out.
I know I must rotate the pump 180 so that filter is in the same place as the 2g.
But how do I rotate. I just cant seem to rotate it upon its axis. Any advice.
sending unit is out , pump is off it. Just need to figure how to turn it so i can put it back on sending unit and reinstall everything.
Here are pics Jamie used to show me what to do.
Here are the two pumps shown with the outlets aligned as they would normally be installed into the sending unit. Notice the pre-filter is 180 degrees off:

the one thats is being held must be turned 180 so that its the same as the original orientation.

Talking about pump and its off , its in my house right not. Need to twist it 180 so filter is same way as a stock 2g and then ill be able to put everything back together.
