ECUflash 1byte load goes crazy after 300

car in question is a 99 gsx. stock black box ecu running ceddymods big maps. 2.3L. Hx35. 3" Gm maf w/ translator.

once it hits around 303 load it drops to 10-30 load and once it goes down to 306 it normalizes. Has anyone ever seen something like this happen? I can understand if it ran out of map but theres still a good bit left. I've also tried tuning at the location it drops to but it refuses to respond and still drops to 9afr. I think there's something that stops it at 300load, but that's just a guess.

the ceddy site says it only goes up to 320 load, it looks like when it crosses that threshold youre having your problem

yup. dropping maf size helped a bit. load now maxes out at 280. but that's a band aid fix. boost is going up as soon as I can get the tune stabilized. I'm going to try rescaling the maf, and if that doesn't work I'm either going SD or evo ecu.
