1997 engine GST engine rebuilt kit

hi, im looking for an engine rebuilt kit of my GST. its a 97 eclipse turbo bone stock. recently bought the car and it started throwing white smoke after in idle for a few minutes. so im looking to repair it all the way from the heart, im just tryn to find out which is a decent brand to get it running nice and smooth again and where can i find the complete kit or where to find them piece by piece.
