Wow, if it does not have a blown motor... then yes it is. That is a 420a motor that has be customly built to hold a turbo. Kind of rare and hard to do. You would have to do some checking of the car. Compression test, boost leak test, over heated? Since he is saying it needs a water pump.

he has a receipt showing the whole engine rebuilt 3000 miles ago. and has all the paperwork for the turbo install. he says it needs a new power steering belt to but thats only 20 bucks or so
