2G 1995 eagle talon tsi and I am having some serious starting issues

Good afternoon guys. I have a 1995 eagle talon tsi and I am having some serious starting issues with the car. I have no fire and no fuel pressure. I just recently bought this and I am really wanting to get it running. Are there any relays that can create this issue?

There is the MPI relay located behind the radio/cigarette lighter (looks like a double relay for size). This relay is triggered by the ECU to ground and activate the ECU and other 12v components associated with the ECU (to include spark and fuel). There is also the fuel pump relay (near MPI).

If you want to check fuel to the rail easiest way is to manually fire the fuel pump. There is a check connector on the firewall. Don't even need the key. Easy to see if fuel pump and fuel pump relay is or isn't working
