Decided to take a few pictures of my DSM today at an old abandoned warehouse near my house. Turned out pretty good.

After getting hit on the driver side fender on my birthday I finally got around to fixing my Talon. Had to go with the GST facelift since my bumper was too far gone and a replacement was almost impossible to find where I live. I think it came out pretty good.

Unfortunately the body wasn't the only damage and now I'm waiting on parts to rebuild my transmission including some Evo 3 gears and syncros to get it to be a little smoother on that 3-4 transition.

Did a few updates to the interior of the car:
1. NRG Deep Suede dish steering wheel with slim hub adapter and 1/2" spacer.
2. Black with red stitching boot
3. Painted brake handle, ash tray, cup holder, arm rest and shift knob black (Duplicolor Vinyl and Fabric paint)
4. Black Interior pieces replace dash grey pieces (center vent, power mirror button surround, etc.)
5. Roof has been re-upholstered with black fabric
6. Sunroof has been re-upholstered with black fabric
7. Sunroof visors have been re-upholstered black and mirrors painted.
8. Added Homelink visor on the driver's side.
9. Painted surrounding trim and the ohh sht handle with Duplicolor Vinyl and fabric paint as well.
10. Sony double din unit with phone integration.

Up next will be some charcoal grey OEM floor mats and Evo IX MR front seats. Will need to re-upholster the back seats to match.

I am also rebuilding my transmission due to a faulty input shaft bearing and a not so smooth 3rd-4th gear shift. Since I live in PR, getting the transmission to Jacks or another shop is a very complicated and expensive matter. Next best thing is to buy their rebuild kits and that's what I did. Evo 3-4 gears, hubs, forks, double synchros, new bearings, seals, and the works. I'm still in the process of changing the gear sets and shimming the clusters since I found a few other parts in need of servicing. They were still "withing serviceable specs" but I prefer not having to open this transmission again in the near future.
