1995 Auto Transmission Shuddering?

When I take off, before boost, my transmission makes a shuddering noise, and vibrates a little. Consumer Guide said this is normal for the 1995 transmission, but do I have anything to be worried about? If needed I can try to make a better description.

Im not an expert... but I had a similar problem with my grand prix. I took it to a mechanic, they said it was the tranny, so i took it to a local tranny shop and they said it was engine. So i was confused as shit, so i replaced the plugs and wires, and all was well after then. turns out the plugs were going bad from the bad wires... I don't know if this helps... but its just a suggestion, I hope your problem gets solved soon!

start by changing the fluid.

I didn't personally change the tranny fluid.
