Long time no write :)

The weather is getting warmer, so does the oil in engine :)
Decided to do something about it and change the stock oil cooler and placed it somewhere better.

I also bought 160 thermostat so that will help also.

Here is the oil cooler:

Because the oil cooler is bigger, the AC had to go out.

AC cooler is out, more room.

I was thinking of cutting the plastic in bumper between the head lights so the more air could go in (Talon bumper is a bit different and it has opening).
I was kinda joking when I told my friend to cut the whole in bummer but he understood me seriously. :D
So he cut it out.

After painting it, it actually came out good.

Ah yes, I did one other thing.

Took out the stock rear LSD and swapped in EVO LSD.
Aldo there is a bit much preload for my taste, but I'm getting use to it so no problem.

I also changed knock sensor with brand new one, changed throttle body shaft seals and connected the clutch switch with ECU so I can use NLTS.

We went on a road trip.
We do this every year and this year the rout was the longest (around 1100 miles).
Rout was along our coast in Croatia.

2 Mitsubishi Colt, 2 Eclipse and one Lancer :)
Lancer had most problem (two :D ) tost clutch and dead alternator :)
But we had lots of spare parts so that was covered :)
I lost a plug from O2 housing but that was it :)

Here are some pictures on facebook and 5 videos, each from 5 days that we were driving.
In last movie, my friend had the camera in the car, I was in front :)

Iveco Daily intercooler. The endings are plastic but it hold up to 2 bar pressure.
Shipping for better intercooler from USA is a lot, so for now this is holding up very good.

just just ran across this thread, I wonder if this is my old car. I lived in Italy from 2004-2006 and had a red 92 GSX just like the one in your pictures. Mine had more miles though so either they aren't the same at all, or it got the odometer changed. I just know that I was the only one I ever saw in Italy. You've done great work with it either way, I only owned that one for about a year.

I don't have any info on my old GSX, but here's my original post about it on here:

Hello.
I don't know if this was your car, but here are some facts so you tell me :)
-The rear lights had yellow indicator inserts when i bought it
-I was told that the first owner was some priest in Italy
-They changed the VIN number into A6076961A when they imported it back in 1992
-I didn't change miles and have no idea if some one before me did that
Here are some photos of the car, licence plate and car indentification paper if that helps:

I sow one just like mine in Italian adds not so long ago. It looked just like mine but it had black leather seats in it.
