Just bought my first DSM and am planning on learning as much as possible about these cars. We bought a 1g 1990 Eagle talon tsi awd and am wondering, would springs and shocks from a 1990 FWD talon fit on a 90 AWD talon?

Front shocks and springs will work (They are the same 90 94 T/E/L AWD and FWD, 5 speed/Auto). Rear will bolt up, but don't do it. If you do, don't say we didn't warn you not to. I'm at work, and don't recall off the top of my head right now, but the FWD and AWD REAR ONLY shocks and springs are different rates and lengths. They will bolt up, but if you wreck your car, don't point your finger...

1g Rear FWD shocks are too short to fit the rear of the AWD. You can change the rear springs. But the AWD weigh more on the rear so the car will sag and not handle right.

Thanks for your reply. I found a full BRAND NEW set for a FWD at ($180) and was planning on just doing the fronts due to a VERY harsh ride. The rears seem to be ok. Just wanted to make sure they would fit (at least on the front)

Thanks for all the replys. Now my only issue is the car has NO HEAT!!!! The blower motor spins freely by hand. The silver relay by the heater clicks when turned on high but fan doesnt run!!! Uggh! Any sugestions???? Its getting cold here and will need the defrost soon. :ohdamn:

With the fan in the on position. Push or wiggle some of the fuses in the under dash fuse box. That was the problem with mine.
