2G 18x7.5 Wheel offset?

I've searched for proper/ideal offsets for an AWD 2g and haven't come up with much. I came across a sizing chart but that didn't give me what i wanted.

What is the ideal offset for an 18x7.5 rim.

When going to purchase on different sites it says that a +35mm fits as well as a 45mm. Which would be a better fit?

+40 offset will be the ideal fit. I've had 18x7.5 +42 and it fit just fine. +35 will make them stick out a little bit.
