I already searched and nothing seems to directly answer me question. I'm currently running 17x7.5 wheels with a +38mm offset and 215-45-17 tires and they fit perfect. The rims/tires I'm looking into getting are 18x8.5 with a +30mm offset and 245-40-18 tires. will they work or will they rub and/or stick out a lot and look stupid?

more information would help such as what suspension you are running and how low the car is lowered ( if it is lowered at all )

I'm running kyb agx shocks with ground control coilovers. the car will never be slammed, wheels won't be tucked. normal ride height, usually fenders will be about 2 inches above the tires.
