Is it possible? Someone is selling me a set of FN01 R 18" x 8.5"...

Wouldn't they be too wide?

Best way to find out is to throw them on and see. I wouldn't worry about it til you hit at least 9 wide or more.

You'll be fine as long as the backspacing isn't crazy. I use to have 18x8.5 on my 91 GSX and I had plenty of clearance.
