18" tires

I just got these tenzo r 18" rims for my 2g talon and im not sure what size tires to get i was wandering what yall put on your 18's and what good brands

If you like that streched look im running 18x7.5 with NEXEN 215/35/zrs they look good and price is not real bad on them

215's unless you like SOME tire then 225's. I'm not real sure how 225's and 18's will work especially being 18x8. I'm happy with a lowered car on 17's.

How much did you lower your car and what size tires are you running with your 17's. I'm about to be running 17X7 with a 38mm offset. Thinking about running 225/45R17 on the car but not sure yet.

225/40zr17 they fit like a glove. I have about 0% wheel well gap. No rubbing on turns, just beware of pot holes. It's lowered 1.3"

There's already a tonn of wheel info on this site, no need for yet another thread. 225/40/18 or 235/40/18 both common sizes. Depending on what offset, inner most portion of rear fender lips may have to be rolled (common to do). For tires, there's lots of good choices but have to be a little more specific as to what your wanting & your budget (ie you can spend less then $100 on a tire to well over $300 for these sizes).

Personally running 235/40/18 Kumho XS's, so far the grip is amazing but at 180 tread life rating (& have heard this is actually rated abit higer then they are, which is more like 140), they probably won't do me more then two summers.
