16g boost problem

I've got a EVOIII big 16g and i normally boost at 21 psi. I just put a new greddy bov on the other day b/c my old one broke and now it only boosts at 10psi. if i punch it it boosts to 10psi than sits at 10 until i get to like 5000 rpm then it boosts to around 20-21 again. I dont have stock fuel injectors i have a 255 fuel pump, 650cc injectors, AEM fuel rail and a MBC. I've adjusted the MBC and it still doesn't work and screw on my bov is about half way in. I have no idea why it's doing this. Any Ideas?

Is everything hooked up correctly? Any boost leaks from the install?
Sorry I acutally havn't seen or read about this before, just throwing stuff out there that i would check for.

no there are no boost leaks. It's weird b/c sometimes it will boost fully from 19-21 psi but other times it just stops at 10psi and sits there and then starts boosting more. so i'm confused

Maybe your MBC bit the dust. Is their any way for you to borrow one to check it out?
