I've searched but can't seem to find anyone who's ran a 16" pusher fan on their dsm. I don't have ac the ac condenser, have a big fmic, and was looking to add a fan and do some air vents at the top of the front bumper.
My car has a visteon radiator with a spal puller fan that pushes around 1000 cfms, but it's not enough because my car loves to run hot. I've replaced the thermostat, radiator cap, added water wetter, & the head is brand new so I know it's not the headgasket.
Has anyone ran a 16" mishimoto fan like this one on their 2g?

Car is going to be about 500-600hp when done, and I plan on making several passes down the track in 85-100 degree weather, so I would like to get as much cooling as necessary. I was looking at this route, but would I be fine with just a 12" that pushes 933 cmfs and the spal fan that I already have?
I figured with the universal mounting kit, I could mount it in the middle on the front side of the radiator and it would fit fine. Thoughts?
EDIT: NM got a new fan from summit racing that flows 2300 cfms and is only 10 inches in diameter.
