14b Vaccum Hose Question

Ok- I bought the 14b used and it came without a ton of the lines and hoses. I was putting this 14b into my 2g when i noticed the nipple on the Jpipe and the Nipple on the Actuator. I looked at my t25 to cross refrenceit and i noticed my t25 had a short jut that was like an L - Elbow and it had those two nipples joined with a 3rd nipple at the Elbow to connect to a vaccum hose. Should Ij ust take the Connecter off my T25 and use it on the 14b?

Anyone help me out with any Diagrams or Pictures? Thnx alot yall.

From the sound of it, your BCS is still hooked up. If I were you, I'd make a cheap Home Depot boost controller, ditch the BCS stuff, and just cap off the nipple on the j-pipe.

What i did was I took the hoses out of my T25 and took the little 3 way joint thing and I cut some Vaccum hose and made a joint between the 2 holes. Will this work until I can get a MBC made? Cuz I want to find out if my engine is blown before I put any more money into this car.

BTW - Anyone who ever goes to do a 14b Swap without paying 200 for an Install kit should DEFINETLY get ahold of Coup because he has helped me BEYOND words. I will post exactly what he has helped me with and what ive done on this swap, But ive thrown Cucumbers write up away and have been going by Coup ever since.


Ive also taken out hte Intercooler Silencer while im down there.
