Wassup yo! I just scooped a 2g wit a 420a in it like two months ago. It's badgless but I'm pretty sure its a GS. No real mods to it and its dumb slow as all stock 420a's go! However, I got a turbo sitting in the shed I copped off dude for a few bucks last July. The turbo was pulled from an Eagle Talon TSI and I think it's a 14b but I don't know enough about the salvaged wreck nor enough about turbos to tell exactly what turbo it is. It's a TD05H. Anyway thinkin bout installing it on the 420A to run a marginal 5 lbs. of boost or so for now until I can afford to build the motor. So heres the real question.... "Where can I purchase parts for the turbo (14b or 13g)? I need to replace the coolant lines, oil lines and BOV. The turbines spin freely and the bearings are all intact. The housing itself seems pretty good wit no cracks but, I'll need the lines mos-def! Appreciate the help ya'll!"

Have you tried the search button YO?

Oh yeah, We speak english in here so it doesnt sound like we are trying to make a drug deal.

In my opinion if your going to take the time and money to adapt a 14b to your non turbo 420a, why not just get a kit or atleast parts that wont need to be fabricated? I dont think anyone out there makes a manifold for the 420a that adapts a mitsubishi flanged turbo to it. Good luck to whatever you decide to do.

Fabricating parts is no sweat really, I work @ a machine shop with access to a lot of materials but thats the route I want to avoid if possible. I wanted to know if there where any manufacturers producing parts for this turbo specifically... That would be a big help!

Well if you look at the site you know search button and type in 420a turbo and a ton of stuff will come up. Also if you look at the top of the site and it says PARTS. there you go.

There are forum rules. Nobody is "buggin" we are trying to keep you from getting banned. Some of the forum rules are that you search before you post, and that you use good grammar/spelling/english.

That being said, if you want to turbo a 420a search the forums, you should find PLENTY of information there. And if you want to know if that is a 14b, check the part numbers, but since it is a tdo5h it is most likely a 14b, it COULD be a 16g but that is unlikely if you paid under 200 for it.

We aren't trying to insult you, or argue with you. We're trying to HELP you before a mod gets involved.
