First:
10 sec street car, and 10 sec street legal are very different.

Street car= radial tires

Street Legal car= radial tires, catalytic convertors, no external WG dump, no EGR blockoff, Front & rear bumpers remain intact, pass emissions testing, quiet to meet noise restrictions, evaporative emissions, etc...etc...

Exe: My car is far from "street legal", but it is still a "street car".

Running 10's in a "street legal" car, as you stated, will be all but impossible.

Second:
You're not going to do it with just bolt ons. A "Bigger turbo...air shitz and the fuel stuff..." does not, a 10 sec car, make.

Third:
It's been said before, "If you have to ask how, you're probably not going to be able to do it"

YES IT IS POSSIBLE TO HAVE 10 SECOND STREET LEGAL DSM. IT IS ALSO EASY TO DO WHICH IS WHY YOU SEE SO MANY 10 SECOND DSMS DRIVING AROUND ALL OVER THE PLACE. ALL YOU NEED IS A MUTT OR HRC SUPER 20G AND VENT YOUR BOV TO THE ATMOSPHERE AND LOTS OF STUFF THAT IS CHROME OR RED. GOOD LUCK BRO.
