A local person put down 457 whp on a stock 7 bolt block. For turbos, I have a frank 5 60 trim that would work nicely foe you. It spools about the same as the 20g and 50 trim but it pulls harder. I would want $600 for it. It only has a few thousand miles on it but uses an external wastegate.

i think I'm going with the precision 57 trim and as far as your frank 5 i need something with internal gate for ease of installation

i would do a leakdown and check your compression before spending 1k on a turbo when your engine may need to be rebuilt... you may want to go with a bit bigger injector size as well...
