Ok, so I've been on here almost a year and I started out with a 90 Tsi AWD. That's a long story in itself, but I'm back with a blue 92. 10 bolts now...

6 on the motor, 4 in the rear :hellyeah:

I saved this one I thinks. Belonged to a fellow Colorado guy, just moved here from Colorado Springs. I couldn't see it going to someone that has no clue and would just run it into the ground.

Maybe some of you Colorado Springs folks remember this car. It's now in AZ and is going to be looking good by this time next year.

I'm stoked since it's already got a nice Cyclone and big 16g, a 255 and pushing around 25psi. I found out the ACT Pressure plate and Vatozone "HD" clutch disc combo is great until it slips.

Sorry for the over-use of smileys and long intro. I'm just excited to be back in the cockpit. Anyway here's a quick pic.

Street racing is no bueno!!! Good looking car!! Do yourself a favor and swap out the cyclone for a stock intake! The low end gain is not worth the top end pull kill!!! I hate my cyclone...

Yeah, I doubt the butterflys even work since the ecu is usdm (don't know how they are controlled, but I'm guessing it's the ecu). Top end goes flat around 6k.

I've heard of guys use a wastegate actuator to open the butterflies at a certain boost level (you can use an MBC to change it). I would look into it :hellyeah:

It might not be quite as good as it would be if the ECU were controlling it, but it would be better than nothing!!
