Are there any benefits from using these and does anything have to be done to the head for the install. Thanks

Do you have supporting mods like bigger cams? There's no info in your vehicle profile...

Some people say you can loose power (or at least not gain any) with oversized valves. I'm currently getting a head built, and decided NOT to go w/ oversized valves. Here's one of the threads that made me think twice about it: http://www.dsmtuners.com/forums/showthread.php?t=173572

I suggest some searching before you spend money that might be better spent elsewhere...

I just had my head rebuilt using oem sized valves.

Reason: The hp per $ is not worth it. That money could be used elsewhere where you'd net greater gains for your buck. Not to mention that they are normally for guys with heavily worked heads flowing mega air.

I just added Comps 101200's but they are comparable to HKS 272's so I would not say they were very agressive. I will add them to the profile, thanks. The guy who was doing the head was doing it for a 2.3 and it was standard fare for that motor. I am now staying with a 2.0. I do need to find soewhere to get some mild port and polish done, something like Buschur's stage 2 head. mark
