Hey guys, well I've been wrestling with a boost Leak on the #1 injector and for two days I've tried removing and reseating the injector rail with no luck. I finally pulled them and cleaned up all the soapy water from testing and came across this.
Now I'm not sure how anyone could have done this, made a half crescent shape on the head, but my question is, if I file this burr down (the edge closest to the injector hole is what's preventing the seal) and filed in the rest of the gouge will this suffice? Or will it end up damaging the head more trying to file it down?
Thanks guys!

but it did the job) and it came back fine. So I think your right that someone tried to torque the rail down without lining them up. I'll try to pick up a circular metal file today and see if I can level out that burr. And now it starts raining on me..
