1.8 throttle body question

This is my first DSM, I'm educating myself through these forums but haven't crossed anything that covers this.
On my throttle body I have a water hose that runs through the bottom of it, defeats the purpose of CIA right? Obviously DSM has tuned the fuel for this less than dense air going into the manifold, the air has already been accounted for, will I lean out if I bypass this? If so, I also have a set of 550 injectors that will be put in later this summer, without running a fuel controller will this balance out?

you can bypass it, but there's no real pro or con by doing so, unless you live in cold climate. 550 cc's are too big for you, even if you use a piggyback, sell them and spend the money on other mods.
