I just got my CEL code recently and I went to Autozone to check it out and it came out as

1. P0136 - Heated oxygen sensor H02S sensor circuit fault
2. P0141 - Oxygen Sensor - Bank 1 sensor 2 (H02S12) heater performance
2. p1400 - Manifold differential pressure sensor circuit

Got these three codes. My question is for the oxygen sensor, could it be that I have a test pipe thats causing this? That I recently hooked up a SAFC and its not fine tuned? I tried unplugging the battery for a half hour and then plugging it back in and the CEL comes right back on. And the CEL wasnt on when I first got the car and it came with the test pipe. Also the manifold sensor-is this the MAP sensor?

I don't see how though because I had the car for 2 months and the cel came on just recently. Is there a way to get rid of the light besides getting a cat? And wouldn't I be getting a cel for a malfunctioning cat instead of a o2 sensor?

Chances are that the o2 sensor itself is bad. Its a 4 wire sensor, so two of those are going to be the heater for the sensor. There could also be a problem with the wiring between the PCM and the sensor itself. A quick easy test would be to ohm out the two wires for the heater circuit.

Find the connector for the downstream o2. I don't know the colors for the o2 harness, but on every car that I have ever worked on, the heater wires are the same color and the sensor wires are 2 separate colors.

The p0136 is most likely A faulty down stream o2.

the p0141 is most likely because there is no cat. You can get an anti spark plug fouler and install it between the o2 sensor and the test pipe. This normally fools the ecm in to thinking the cat is there.

p1400 not sure on the likely cause here.

P0141 is a heater performance code, not a a/f ratio related code, it is not caused by a missing cat. If this were the case the most likely result would be a p0420.

bank 1 sensor 2 is the o2 sensor on the under the car on the exhaust pipe or near the manifold? I have a 6bolt swap in a 95GST. Do I get a o2 sensor for the 1g or 2g?

I'm basically having the same problems. My car is throwing the same CEL codes and I'm also having a problem when I reach full boost. It feels like fuel cut or I'm running out of fuel. It splutters and jurkes. Ive done a boost leak test and that's not the issue. The turbo spools up great, its just I can't go WOT without it doing these things. I'm running at 10 psi and once I get to 10 I have to hold it there and not go WOT. It sucks, any feedback will be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys
