This being my first dsm I'm probably just expecting too much from my car, I'm working on uploading a video now, but to sum it up, my car takes around 11 seconds to get to 60 (which is about as fast as my old Saturn) and shifts really weird, (gets to around 5500 and jumps to around 6200 than shifts)

Here's a link to the video.

No one has any input on this? I'm really lost on the situation, this is my first turbo car but I've ready up on everything I could think it was

How are you accounting for the 550's? Running a 2g-MAF? Also, you would still need a manual ECU to get you to where a 2gMAF will account for the larger injectors

Could I run 390's with a 14b or would I have fuel cut problems? Would the 390s fix this would you think?

I meant 450 by the way. There the stock blue tops from a 5 spd

Just drop in a manual ECU. Will not affect anything and will get the fuel setup properly. As for your shifting, the stock setup for these auto's is to have the tranny cooler built into the bottom of the radiator. This will not cool the fluid enough and can affect your shifting. Also you are not getting full line pressure at higher RPMs so it flares a bit. There is a "kiggly" mod that will allow you full-line pressure at the flip of a switch to better the shifting, but your fuel concerns should be addressed first:

Ensure you have a 1g manual ECU and manual FPR or install 390's. The 390's run at a higher fuel pressure, so just dropping in 450's can cause you to run rich

The parts car I have is a 90 so sadly that isn't an option if I want my cluster to work properly. I do still have my 390's laying around somewhere.

Is there a link to a vfaq for the mod? And should I be ok with the 390's and the 14b for the time being? I plan on buying a wideband and link for my first mods... I really just wanted car I run right for now

Yea, 390's will be fine. Kiggly's website has the mod information. As for the ECU, thre are just a couple wires to swap and you can run the 90 ECU without issue, but link is a better way to go

you have no way of adjusting fuel flow right now. just throwing in a set of bigger injectors will make the car not run like it should. poor fuel economy, pig rich afrs, and poor idol are all potential symptoms.
