Look what showed up today! Also some seals for the rear diff/tcase/axles

Don’t you just LOVE IT when parts show up in the mail!

Well, I scored a FREE driveshaft! It needs a full service and the flange to bolt to diff. Really only needed the tail shaft as I plan on scooping a DSS shaft at some point and will most likely modify the rear to the 1310 u-joint that I’ve seen done in other threads.

A price I couldn’t turn down, picked up these Crower springs/retainers from John!

Bought an ultrasonic cleaner, threw my rocker arms in to give it a test. 20min with dawn and water! 10/10 great purchase. Vevor brand 3L capacity, just under $60.

Not a substantial update but it’s something! I have been holding out for months now trying to find a 1g converter for a decent price. I finally managed to find one. A sinister spoolinator. I’ve seen some mixed input on them but for the price and as hard as it was to come by in the first place I couldn’t let it slip away. Now for my next treasure hunt.. have been trying to source a pinion yoke (see photo) for my driveshaft. When I picked it up, it was missing. If anyone happens to have a spare laying around I’d greatly appreciate it!!

To make a long story short, after waiting nearly a year for the chassis work on my car to be done, I’ve decided to just go pick my car back up. Too many times I’ve been told “getting started on it next week” or “just need to pick up a few more materials” and here we are with… absolutely nothing done. Hopefully picking it up next weekend if I have the free time. Long list of things to get done and I can’t let it sit for another 6 months-year hoping to get things done!

She is home! Finally got my transmission brought over as well.
