Hey, man! Hows it going? Any updates on the Mighty Max?

Long overdue update on the truck. Outside of driving it here and there the truck has been put on the back burner.

However I got the motivation to do some improvement to it this year.

Clutch pressure plate failed on me, so I replaced the pressure plate alongside with a different slave cylinder. Now it is money!

The biggest item I have been addressing is the body. I went ahead and pulled the trigger and put my body work hat on.

Nothing like 25hr of blasting, sanding, priming, block sanding, priming, block sanding and.... till it was ready for base and clear. This is how she stands as of today.




Sandblasted the seams .


Sanding the bed and stud pulling dents. (Just the beginning Pic, lots of time was spent here)


Primer.


Block sanding:


Some low spot touch ups and seams sealed.


Base and clear.


All that is left now is to put the bed on the body.

Not for long . Once winter hits its full hibernation mode.

Bed is on..... very very weird seing all this one matching color again.

Oooh looks good man I want another ride this fall please
