A few updates on some of the development items
CTS-V 2-piece rotors.
These are now nearing their completed stages. The sample rotor is now cut out (reason for this was also to use it as a display piece)
The bell itself is now printed and waiting to come over with the rest of the development parts I have been working on, bit by bit.
After discussing with some people, it seems as if TWO options are wanted!
1G DSM! You got another development item done.
So after the initial V1 and V2 carrier bearing rebuild kits for the OEM housing, I then decided to mock up and work on a full BILLET version, which, as with V1 and V2 comes with a NEW bearing and bearing housing!
This makes the entire setup 100% rebuildable and maintainable for life! V1, V2 and V3 all have life spans in mind and ALL are fully rebuildable! No one offers this kind of service or dedication to the people or for your chassis!
The isolator ring will have some NVH dampening slots as standard and would come in somewhere around the 70 Shore A durometer stiffness. However! Those wanting stiffer connections can use some TPU inserts to close those slots off, creating a stiffer isolator ring!
Then you have options to remove and play around with those inserts to get the right balance, should you wish to do half and half, then that is possible. Can never have too many options.
2G DSM Tubular Front subframes are also getting ready to start back up!
Machined parts should be ready in the next month or so and can get back to producing them fully once again!
So if you wanted one before we moved to the USA then NOW is the time to get on the waiting list!

- Version 1 uses the unmachined CTS-V caliper, which makes it a true bolt-on.
- Version 2 uses a 5mm deeper bell and also the 5mm machined caliper! This is to allow more spoke clearance for people and their wheel setups. I was asked a few times if this was possible. EVERYTHING is possible of course, if the cost is paid and people want the best bolt-on setup going, we've got you.
