I’ve done a lot of research but not sure what to dig into first. I’ve done boost leak tests, checked battery/alternator seem to be fine, I have a fairly new fuel filter (stock), fuel pressure seems okay at 43.5 around, I also did check fuel pump and hanger fuel pump is new and spark plugs are fairly new as well 8es.

For some reason I keep leaning out at the top when boost starts to kick in, I’m currently in the process of tuning for flex fuel but no matter how much of fuel we throw at it it doesn’t get richer. I do notice moderate throttle around 3500-4k rpm it has some phantom knock. I’m on speed density and I’m running out of ideas, should I change the filter again or dig else where, I did read TPS or a bad MAP sensor cause issues but I would assume non start issues. My sensors seem to be running fine as well as far as I can see on the logs. I have no cells and the knock sensor is new as well. I even went as far as checking my ECU and no leaking or damage to the ECU. I’m on 2150cc, fuel feed -8an, return -6an on Fuel Lab AFPR.

I was chasing a lean WOT for a while. If you have one, tie a GoPro and watch your fuel pressure getting into boost. It turns out that although my fuel sock was fairly new (<8 months), it was still clogged due to how often I let the car sit with e85. Also, I had e85 gunk in my fuel rail clogging up flow to the injectors.

Well that’s what I was thinking but I cleaned my fuel tank, and I threw in a new 535 hellcat pump (no check valve) and still nothing. Maybe my lines have stuff in them but I don’t really let the car sit that long with e85 I try to drive as much as I can. I did log fuel pressure and it said it was okay on the log. Maybe my fuel pressure regulator is faulty or something

Update it was an exhaust leak between turbo and exhaust manifold causing me to read lean.
Update on the update, guess my 525 no check valve (535) was to much pressure for a stock sender/hose clamp combo that it was pushing past the clamps even with like 5 clamps clamping down. Went back to 525 with check valve and issues gone.

The exhaust manifold was also an issue of going lean before I developed this issue. Injectors are 1650s and idles pretty good. I also did the sock change on the pump as it was darker so could be a mixture of all things but something to look out for.
