Zeitronix LCD DIED!

Was out for a drive today and my zeitronix lcd completely turned off. i have checked the power to the display and nothing.............!? Just wondering if anyone else has had this problem. note: the location i welded my bung was a little tight so i had to grind the chassis a little to compensate. i took a look at it today to see if it was ok and two of the wires were exposed, casing was a little torn. wondering if maybe the wires from the sensor shorted the unit when touched the chassis?

im just going to go home and mess with it for a little bit............see what happens. i talked to zeitronix and they gave me a test to try.

turned out the internal fuse blew due to a short. zeitronix is being very cooperative and they are going to fix it. i definitely recommend their wideband.

when my wideband came in, i did the wiring very nicely, removed seat and carpet to hide everything for a clean look,then the lcd didnt work.. yes was pissed, but the guys at zeitronix were so helpful and all and sent me a new lcd .. they even took care of shipping (to germany!) and i couldnt be more pleased with the results.

so id recommend em

(yes i did bi*** about em on a thread here,that was immediatley after the install,and i was frustrated )



hey,the lcd looks soo clean in the cars dash..i love it (yes car is in storage for winter, but when i go check on my cart..i droll over the neat lcd )
