Yo is that Translab shift kit deal still in effect?

I went to IPT and was excited by the translab shift kit, and endcluch kit deal, but it seems like it should have expired, but the site still allowed it to go through. Is it still in effect? If not i wish it were, seems like an awsome upgrade.
