YET, ANOTHER DSM MEET! Gilroy, CA October 17th

Pick a date so i can request it off. I work on saturdays and i have to give atleast 2 weeks notice. 30th is outta the question tho because a few techs at my work already took it off to go to vegas for halloween so i wont be able to get it off

Sorry guys for not making it out to milpitas. I drank one too many coronas watching the 9er and raider game. While watching the game It just kept getting worst and worst for me. The dam rain would not stop (That's why I started to drink it up) and to top it off the team I went for was loosing and LOST. When the game ended I just ended up getting hammered thinking the planning and effort went down the freaken drain!

The very next morning I got on tuners and I was like WTF?????!!!
Its a good thing you guys still did manage to make something out of it . What suck is that the very next day the weather was freaken great !!!

Well its that time again for rain. Why don't we wait till maybe Jan of next year or until we are sure we don't have any rain in the forecase. It would really suck if we happen to make the track event and it rained and the track had to close down bcuz of the weather.

ANYWAYS, here is what I have in mind:
Make Another Salinas Mitsu Dealer Event?. and if that goes bad (Weather), we can go to a parking garage.

Well...I must say that I'm pretty damn bummed you guys were pansy enough to let a little rain stop you from driving. Especially since a good deal of you have AWD. But if the guy planning the whole thing was busy at home pounding Coronas...well...shit rolls downhill, I guess.

I'll show up at Sonic in Gilroy again...or maybe somewhere in San Jose. The weather was actually nice in Gilroy that night...and there are virtually deserted streets around the place, so I got to help Randy tune his car a bit. There WERE a whopping 3 of us there, and all...jeeze...

Actually I was in Hollister my friend, and on my way there it never stopped raining.... Also, when the game came to an end it was still raining. I didn't want to drive EVEN 15 mins to gilroy under the influence, without insurance, and a car that is not even close to stock.

How come you didn't check dsmtuners before you even went to sonic's? Maybe that way you could of found out that they were still meeting up, but somewhere else. I appologize for that and I'm sorry. I try to let everyone know in time that the Gilroy meet was cancelled, maybe you just didn't get to read the post in time.

Trust me when I say you werent the only one bummbed out, Lots of people were planning for this event for quite some time, its a shame, but things just happen and we can't help it.

We were checking the boards and considered driving down there, but nobody posted that they were still meeting at Sonics. No sense in the SF guys driving down that far without reason especially with Ryuto's bad radiator cap heheh. Looks like our meets are turning into "help me fix my car" meets.
