Yes, more idle surge. . . But this one is odd.

Here's my problem. I got a new motor put in my car a few months back. It was all fine and happy. Then slowly, when the motor was cold, i'd get some high idle and idle surge. It would bounce between 2000-2500 rpm.

This ONLY happened in park of neutral (i'm an AT). As soon as the car went into Drive it was fine. Idle was a little high till it was warm, but otherwise it was fine. At full temp in D i would idle solid at around 800rpm.

Now, lately i've noticed it getting worse. In park or neutral at full temp, the idle does not stay put at all. 1000-1500 rpm.

BUT, in drive, it's rock soild.

I notice my vac is jumping a bit, but i figure thats all part of the engine jumping rev's like it is.

I have boost leak tested. Fixed a couple. Injector insulator, tb elbow. Otherwise it's ok.

Tested isc for ohm's, it's set. Tested the plunger, it moves fine.

Tried messing with the biss a bit, doesn't seem to help.

All i've done in the past week is to remove the remaining AC i had left, and pulled the solenoid "wall".

I'm at a loss here. I don't get it, and it's DAMN annoying.

I have a ecu i can try out to see if mine is bad, otherwise. . . i've got nothing left.

HEEEELP!!!!

Check out your maf for any bent honeycombs, if your sure its not your iac thats all I can think of..

UPDATE!!!

Took it for a good drive, in park now, it idles high, around 1200 but the irratic idle is less frequent, and less of a jump.

Same story for N and P. Otherwise, driving is SOLID.

Any help?
