Took a lil while but I finally finished (besides the fog lights) IMO this looks pretty bad ass, im thinking if I should get a grill or not since my car does not have an intercooler.

Looks good, not really feeling the Projectors but I do know how hard it is to find a set of stcok lights as I have been looking for the last few months.

Hmm, should have taped the front off better. Looks like you didnt care and painted EVERYTHING behind hte bumper also in the front, so please do get a grill. Looks good, considering its a stock car that looks liek every other 97. I like the lights they look good. Get some fogs and you will be in business!!!

Looks good. I also don't like the projector's that much. But it looks good with white. I just had my conversion done for awhile now. I bought one headlight brand new from Certi-Fit and another one that was brand new for $50. Just have to look around. But it also took 2 monthes to find just the one headlight.

yeah, stock headlights were a bi*** to look for, for a reasonable price, so I took the easy way out and got projectors, actually I like how they look with the chrome mitsubishi emblem, looks clean, and the paintjob was done at 1 day paint and body, they didnt tape the bottom off for some reason, so yeah I think I will be getting a grill, adn definatley fog lights.

If there is one color I would put the chrome housing projectors on it would definitely be white...I think it looks very good actually...most people here favor the black housing projectors but I think the chrome ones look better on white.

Kinda like it being all white, it is like an angel driving around. I dont know about you, but i do find it hard to keep the white clean even with my black car i had trouble to. :thumb:

don tlet him tell you that. I had a white car. beautiful color easy to keep clean.

maybe its just me but it looks like the front bumper is crooked

Yeah you know that's what i thought at first when i was lookin at it but maybe it is just cause the car is at a slight angle.??? Other wise looks real good! :thumb:

Looks great! I'd go with the grill personally.

PS: You a fan of Miller Light or something (background of pics reference)?

Yea I gotta say that looks really nice :thumb: I am not a fan of the chrome projectors either but I painted the inside of mine to match my car so I guess I don't like the black ones either.

an intercooler will cover up the over spray. i wouldn't wory abotu it. The paint looks good but get a set of 99 head lights, makes the car look 100% better. I like the way the car looks with the stock fogs, i think that will just make it look better.

Looks good though.

:dsm:

Looks good man. I'd take some black trim paint and dust it over the opening in the bumper to hide some of that over spray tho. Did you do the whole conversion or just the front.

I just finished my conversion on my 95 Gs-t a couple weeks ago also. I did the spoiler and the rear bumper as well. I painted it MazdaSpeed Orange too!

Actually my car is easy to keep clean being white, and no its not crooked, I think its the way I took the pic or something, but its straight, oh and to the guy who asked about miller, my pops works for miller so we have everything beer in my house.

the front bumper looks VERY crooked to me especially in the 2nd pic. It looks like it's dipping to the driver side.

yes genius, i think that has been stated before, like i said, it must be the picture because its not really like that, i guess i need to take a couple more pic's to prove that, ill post them tomorrow.

Is this a hard conversion to do or is it just all bolt up? Also, I noticed above somebody stated to get 99 Headlamps? Are they different then the rest?

But anyways, I think it looks tits man! That newer front end looks so much more agressive than my lame 96.

2Gb eclipse headlights are smaller than 2Ga eclipse headlights

The Conversion Was Very Easy To Do, Me And My Friend Did It In About 4 Hours, Everything Was Direct Bolt On, Total Cost Was....

$130 For The Bumper
$250 For The Headlights
$250 For Paint

All Parts Were Brand New.

Just A Side Note, I Never Work On Cars And This Was Easy For Me, So I Would Suggest This Conversion To Anyone!
