I noticed there's a stud broken or something in the exhaust part of it.

Is that supposed to be there? How do I get it out? Also, I can't manually open the wastegate flapper with the arm connected. but with the arm d/c I can. Is it really that hard?

Looks like a broken stud to me. I would drill it out if i was you. And i dont know about the flapper but i know they are pretty hard to open

you "could" drill it out... I always enjoy using a welder, after you weld an extension to the bolt, the heat from the weld help extract the bolt.

I'll try those suggestions and keep this thread updated. Also, can I use my stock turbo to manifold gasket and port it also to 7cm?
