Won't start after timing belt change

Hey guys, well I replaced my front crank seal because it was leaking and I also replaced the timing belt, balance shaft belt and water pump it was due. When finished it drove good went to dinner and started car and it started rough and sounded like it had no oil really bad lifter noise, I drove it home and now this morning it won't turn over cranks but no start up. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Do some basic checks:
Timing belt position
Compression

Did you replace idler and tensioner pulley as well as the auto tensioner itself? Definitely check timing marks.

This a must when changing the timing belt.

The auto tensioner may have went out and the timing skipped teeth. Visually Check to see if the marks on the cams are still lined up as best you can prior to checking the timing with a light. If can visualy see it is off, you dont want to bend any valves trying to check your timing with a light.

Pull the timing belt covers off and check to see if the auto tensioner is leaking fluid or if the piston is even extended putting tension on the pulley arm.

check and cams off 180 if pins face down or is that proper marks. everything else is ok

Check everything and it -ok- did compression test and no compression in any cylinder. Going to rebuild. Lucky no bent or broken valves. Talk to you guys when finish rebuilding. It's still a mystery how I have no compression and timing is dead on and no head damage. Jet you know what happened when I figure it out. DSM 4 LIFE.
