With my setup what sparkplugs would work best BPR7ES or BPR6ES

Amen. I run stock heat range Autolite 63's on an 8.8:1 stroker and a 50 trim at 21-22 psi all day without having problems. They actually seem to fare better in my motors than the NGk's do and the burn patterns show a nice even light tan across. Leave them untl you need to go colder. Try the Autolite's and see what you think. You can even pick them up at Wal Mart.

I run 7's on my stock GSX. Can anything happen from me running them?

I prefure to run a little cooler if I can.
Anytime I run cool plugs, and then try to switch to hotter plugs ...I can never really tell a differance in power... I usually just see more knock.
So I tend to stick to the cooler plugs.

Like different people are mentioning.... Different car tend to like different plugs.
When you are modding your car... just make sure to check your plugs every once in awhile. Especially right after you add a new performance part. Its easy to check plugs, and its a good indication on what is happening inside the combustion chamber

im going to be upping the boost to about 13 on my t25 but not as of yet, can i run 7's and will it run better? all i ahve is an intake and full dejon tool hardpipe system and 1gbov the 6's i had ran like shyt, enless i was unlucky and got defective ones.

Alright that makes me feel better. My car runs great with them, no stumbling or whatnot, so awesome.
I'll keep that in mind to check them every so often.

The downside to cooler plugs is fouling. If your not fouling the plugs you should be ok.
In my car the 6's were on the high side of the heat range for the car. The plugs ran hot enough to burn off all the deposits leaving the plugs flat white which some people misinterpret as lean. Putting the 7's in with no other changes gives me a more "normal" color plug.

I've been running 7's on my car since it had nothing but an exhaust and a S16G. No problems ever, the plugs look perfect medium tan. I drive completely off boost 95% of the time, but I make sure to do 1 third gear pull per trip to clean the plugs.

Yes, 7's will will work, but they'll foul faster than 6's. I already recommended Autolite 63's so I don't have much more to add in that regard.

Just threw on some BPR7ES And my car loves them, idles good piks up better then before, overall its running alot better then the champions sparkplugs and NGK BPR6ES i had in before!
