Easiest possible wiring solution is run the black wire to ANY bolt and wrap it around the bolt and tighten the bolt back down (ground). For the red power wire, You can just run that righ to the fuse box in your drivers side foot area next to the kick panel closer to the door (right under the dash). Just remove a fuse and wrap the wire around a fuse and re-install it. You can wrap it right around the ''gauge'' fuse, Or also the cig lighter fuse aswell for when you turn the key to ON they will power on.

Please, please, please use a proper ground. Scrape some paint and use a self tapping screw and a ring terminal. As for your 12v supply, use the black/white wire at your ignition switch, solder and tape is the best electrical connection, but you can use scotch locks, t-taps, or butt connectors just as easily. Make sure you put the proper fusing in line.
