wiper-less rear hatch

Hey guys tried searching and Google image searched it for a while, but was there ever a wiper-less rear hatch made with a rear spoiler? maybe a GS ?, I haven't seen one around my area or pick a part.

I am unsure it they ever cam that way from the factory. But I had it removed from my old ESi and had a Turbo High rise spoiler on it.

You can buy a hatch with no wiper blade hole but it never came stock that way.. Probably due to the big azz window

Thanks for the quick reply, I'm building my car around The IFO sport forced induction class. In which no lexan windows and no carbon fiber/fiber glass major body panels are allowed, and I think it'd look good.
Just looking for a clean way to delete the wiper with minimal effort haha.

I have a rear hatch without a wiper on my car now. The only thing is it doesn't have holes for the rear wing. I'm actually running without a wing so it works for me.

I have a stock 1g hatch in my back yard, with out a wiper blade and it never had a spoiler installed from the factory.It came from an early 90 GS
It is all smooth and clean.
Well it is dirty from sitting in the back yard.

The 1gA hatch (5-piece spoiler) came with a wiper, the 1gB hatch (3-piece spoiler) came with no wiper, and nothing at all there for it to be mounted or anything. So you have two options:

1. Get the hatch with no hole, patch the hole in the 1gA spoiler (not that difficult), and drill new holes and file them square for the new spoiler.

2. Keep your hatch, use duct tape or aluminum duct tape for the hole in the hatch, and patch the spoiler hole. You gotta use something good to seal the hole in the hatch or make sure the spoiler is absolutely sealing away the underneath area of itself.

I had a 90 N/A base model eclipse, put talon parts on it, and hot a 1gB hatch. I had all the holes ready for everything to go on but I got rid of the car. Everything was a different color so I just got rid of the car because paint is too expensive and I don't really think it's worth it to put much money into the body of a 1g car. Also for the reason that I doubt any moulding or window/door/hatch seals are even available anymore. I wouldn't have wanted to paint the car with just taping off the window moulding because the old color will always show. I wouldn't have trusted taking off 20 year old moulding and expect it to go back on perfectly, and with parts getting discontinued every day for the 1g I just saw it as not worth the time, money, or headache.

Base models didn't have rear hatch wipers, it was an option on RS.

I just double checked and I was wrong the parts hatch I have, does have a wiper blade.
But no spoiler holes.

To add, a 1gA with a 3-piece spoiler is going to have the option of a wiper or not. Those were the base-model cars (1.8 liters.) When 1gB came along all 3 models went to the 3-piece spoiler and no rear wiper on ANY of the 3 models. When I refer to my Eclipse as base model it was a GS, so my bad. It had come with no spoiler at all, but had the wiper, and still had power locks and windows. There were so many variations of how you could get the 1g cars throughout the few years it's not funny.

Damn, thanks for the information. guess I will just have to be more persistent with the junk yard hunting if I want to go that route
